Who is Tobbz764?

Nino Luciano, also known as Tobbz764 was a member of the satanic pedophile cult known as 764 and other extremist groups such as 6996 and MKU, and is most notably known for the murder and attempted murder of 2 people. I previously talked about 764 in my Kyle Spitze (criminal764) post but I will give the same rundown here so you don't have to go onto another post to read it.

What is 764?

First, let's break down and understand what 764 is. It is classified to be an extremist satanic pedophile cult that centers around spreading harmful neo-nazi ideals and chaos to target the youth and the members regularly encourage stuff like self-harm and suicide and the production of it, often centered around asking for “cutsigns” (primarily to minors ranging from 8-17), encouraging acts of violence, distribution and production of child pornography (cp) and child abuse material, encouraging the production of animal abuse/harm content, etc.

Origins

Founded in the 1960s, The Order of Nine Angles (O9A) is a secretive group that believes in personal growth through exploring taboo topics and tough experiences. They mix elements of Satanism, traditional occult practices, and unconventional spirituality to find their own paths to enlightenment. The O9A identifies as part of the Left Hand Path and has been described as a dangerous and extreme satanic group that advocates for a spiritual journey that involves practitioners breaking societal norms by distancing themselves from mainstream society, engaging in criminal activities, adopting extreme political views (i.e. Aryanism or Social Darwinism), and sometimes resorting to violence and acts of terrorism. Additionally, some interpretations suggest involvement in acts such as human sacrifice.

764 has adopted these ideals by visibly expressing their strong beliefs in neo-nazism, social darwinism, extreme forms of theistic/LaVeyan satanism, and promotion of violent, offensive, and terroristic acts like the need to “corrupt the youth”. And as a prime example, of whom we will be discussing further, is Tobbz764 (Nino Luciano H.)

764 and other COM groups directly target minors with the intent of extorting, corrupting, or abusing them. COM is a term used to group these chats together. Other chats that are currently under investigation include but are not limited too 676, H3ll, Harm Nation, CVLT, Court, Kaskar, and Leak Nation

What is MKY/MKU?

MKY/MKU, also known as "Maniacs Murder Cult (MMC) is essentially a murder cult where they take pride in killing and assaulting the vulnerable, elderly, homeless, and immigrants. Tobbz764 commited a murder in hopes to be initiated into this cult and to gain more notoriety which got him the status "a faithful member of the cult" and "a maniac".

On August 11 and 13, 2021, Sova Center received an email with links to videos with scenes of violence, published in Telegram. The email was signed by the M.K.U gang (“Maniacs. Murder Cult”, or MMC, in English) and contained text “You are saying M.K.U does not exist? We are killing on the streets of your cities and you better stay home after dark.” [7]

The evidence of a connection between MKU, 764, and 09A comes down to "Tobbz's" self-proclaimed affiliation with all three groups and a few anonymous social media posts; at the very least, however, members of all three groups seem to be aware of each other.

764, MKU, and 09A are deemed to be connected due to Tobbz self-proclaimed affiliation with all 3 groups and with a few anonymous social media posts. TRAC (Terrorism Research and Analysis Consortium) released a report that included two images promoting a supposed “alliance” between 764 and MKU. One image included the text “764 MKU NLM,” another read “764 X MKУ — BROTHERS IN BLOOD.” [2]

Nino's Upbringing

Nino Luciano was born to drug-addicted parents in Germany on July 4, 2004 (?), and was said to have suffered withdrawal symptoms at birth, but was otherwise healthy. At the time of his birth, his father was incarcerated for drug-related crimes.

As a child, Nino had frequent violent outbursts and slept with a knife under his pillow at age 6. His mother stated that he had a troubled childhood filled with mental problems, loneliness, and being placed from one institution to another.

"In 2011, he was admitted to a psychiatric clinic for the first time, after which he was placed in an intensive care residential group, but the measure ended in 2013." [3]. In the summer of June 2016, Nino was brought to Romania at 11 years and 11 months old for a re-education program and was placed in foster care where in Dumbrăveni, Marcel Șițiș fostered Luciano for 6 years up until the assault and murder.

During his stay with Marcel Șițiș, he was sedated and given medication to sleep making him feel "all numb" and "like from another planet." The point of the medication was said to be to "tranquilize" him. Nino was also supposed to "stay in nature for a month, in Romania, in a transition stage between the psychiatric clinic in Germany and the house of the Șatiș family in Dumbrăveni." [4]. While being with his foster family, the German state paid Luciano more than 400 euros per day to cover specialist counseling costs, a psychiatrist's consultation, material costs and pocket money, clothing allowance. He was in total paid 882,963.51 euros (including the months he was in pretrial detention) and all payments stopped on his 18th birthday.

His Crimes

On April 12, 2022, At around 10:15, the boy arrived on Tineretului street, Mediaș, and slashed a car tire and continued on his way, looking for a new victim. > Two hours later, on the same street, he offered an elderly person a one-lei note, but continued on his way. He turned and followed the victim, telling him he had something else to offer him, showing him pepper spray. The man got scared and ran away, and the teenager went in the other direction. [3]

At around 12:20pm on Păltiniș street⁶, Mediaș, 17yr old Nino Luciano committed an unprovoked murder on a 74yr old woman who he believed was either of Jewish or Roma descent, while she was taking her trash out when Luciano stopped her, greeted by saying "hi", and knocked her to the ground where he then kicked her and cut her throat, all while streaming it on a discord call. This murder was said to be an initiation to join the extremist group known as MKY. [2] The woman was neither Roma or Jewish. He also stole the gold necklace that she was wearing.

Noticing that she was an elderly woman and believing that she was Jewish, the defendant resolved to put his plan into action and began moving after the victim. [3]

The crime of murder was retained with the retention of the aggravating circumstance of the commission of the act for reasons related to race. The initial aspects that it was a robbery are not confirmed. The chain that was thought to be missing was found on the victim. It follows from the statements of the defendant that he acted in this way because he believed that the victim was of Roma ethnicity [6]

2 weeks before this murder, he commited an attempted murder on an 82yr old man. During this attack he pushed him down the stairs and cut his face and right wrist then fled the scene. The old man required 18 days of medical care after the attack.

After the assault, the teenager held various discussions on Telegram and Discord under the pseudonym "necrohunt", where he boasted that he had killed an old man and that he had done it for pleasure, noting that "acts of this nature committed against elderly people are easier to committed, the authorities being superficial in such situations". [3]

It was said that Luciano had '764' '6996' and 'necro' tattoed on his hands and had signs of self harm on the body. He also had painted '764' and Nazi and Satanic imagery on the walls of his room. That's some serious dedication lol.

On top of the murder charges, he was investigated for the distribution and exchange of around 1000 files with child pornographic content. From January to April 2022, Luciano sold child porn content and received payment through cryptocurrencies.

"Through the computer systems, he procured, owned and stored over 300 pornographic materials with minors, namely video and image files, including graphic representations (animations)", stated DIICOT Sibiu prosecutors. [5]

"Through the computer systems, he procured, possessed and stored over 600 pornographic materials with minors, of which he distributed, through repeated acts, to different persons or groups, approximately 1,000 pornographic materials with minors." [5]

His associate (unnamed) was also involved in the groups previously discussed

"both defendants were part of a group within which materials with acts of particular violence against people and animals were made and distributed." [5]

Sentencing

On April 13, 2022, at 2:45 a.m., the criminal prosecutor ordered the arrest of 17yr old Luciano for committing the murder of the 74yr old woman, "with the detention of the aggravating circumstance of committing the act for reasons related to race, an act provided for by Art. 188 paragraph 1, with app. art. 113 paragraph 3 and art. 77 letter h Criminal Code" [6]

On August 8th, Nino Luciano convicted with and was subsequently charged with and pled guilty to, attempted murder, aggravated murder, destruction, and child pornography. He was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment and was ordered to go through the educational measure of internment, which focuses on the recovery of minors for reimplementation into society. "The defendant was also required to take medical treatment until he recovers or until improvements are obtained to remove the dangerous condition." [3] which I assume refers to pedophilia or another mental condition, this article is translated from Romanian so the wording was a bit confusing.

Pussy boy wanted to push for a lighter sentence or something less severe like house arrest or being put under judicial control. Nino Luciano is now rotting in Sibiu County for rehabilitation.

On top of his imprisonment, he and the family from Dumbrăveni (foster parents) will be forced to pay the victim's family 200,000 euros each.

Also, the German authorities are obliged to pay thousands of euros in damages. More than 4,000 lei will also go to the Ambulance Service and the Mediaș Emergency Hospital for the medical care of the victims. The legal expenses exceed 100,000 lei. [3]

The trial of 29-year-old Dominik K. has been completed since the tragic event, which was widely known throughout Poland. The murderer was sentenced to life imprisonment, and he will be able to apply for release only after 35 years.

"I'm not going to appeal," - said Dominik, who was leaving the room accompanied by three policemen.

A court in Legnica has issued a verdict in the case of Dominik K., accused of stealing a bicycle pump from a sports store (...) we are kidding! Davir killed two women in cold blood. One of the victims was his mistress, with whom he drank teas and ate blueberry buns. During a meeting in a secluded place, when the victim mentioned his wife, he flew into a rage and smashed her head with a wheel wrench. It was her corpse that he later buried in a gravel pit. The second victim was his wife, whose corpse he hid under the floor of his son's room. The woman died from blows to the head with a hammer.

When Dominik K. was caught, he immediately confessed to everything, and during the site inspection he dispassionately described the course of the crime in detail. During the trial, he tried many times to play the mentally unbalanced card, but the court was not fooled.
