Police are investigating a shooting in Queens that left a woman dead and a man hospitalized.

CBS New York's John Dias spoke with people who heard the commotion, and obtained exclusive video [editors note: stfu retard] of the shooting.

The video shows the intense moments before a deadly shooting in Richmond Hill just before midnight Wednesday morning. It shows two people wearing hoods that conceal their faces as they casually walk across Liberty Avenue by 127th Street while a third paces along on the sidewalk. The three then quickly whip out guns, and start shooting into a parked car.

One man said he heard about 20 shots. He told Dias the overwhelming number of shots he head had him thinking someone was using a military rifle.

"Like, semi-automatic," he said. "It goes bang bang, then bang bang bang."

Police said 28-year-old Clarisa Burgos of Brooklyn was fatally shot in the head. A 39-year-old man driving the car was shot multiple times in his chest and torso.

The video shows him driving frantically away from the scene right after. Police said he drove two miles to the 103rd police precinct in Jamaica to get help. He was then rushed to the hospital. We're told he is expected to survive.

"That's crazy to hear," one man who just moved down the street last year said. "That's not right. It makes me sad... That's not nice. Not happy at all."

Police are still trying to work out a motive. So far, no arrests have been made.

Edmund Emil Kemper III born on December 18, 1948, in Burbank, California, is an American serial killer convicted of murdering seven women and one girl, between May 1972 to April 1973. Years earlier, at the age of 15, Kemper had murdered his grandparents.

Weighing 5.9 kg as a newborn, Kemper was a head taller than his peers by the age of four. Early on, he exhibited antisocial behavior such as cruelty to animals. At the age of 10, he buried a pet cat alive, then dug it up, decapitated it, and mounted its head on a spike. Kemper later stated that he derived pleasure from successfully lying to his family about killing the cat.

After his parents divorce in 1957, he moved with his mother and two sisters to Montana. Kemper had a difficult relationship with his alcoholic mother, as she was very critical of him, and he blamed her for all of his problems. When he was 10 years old, she forced him to live in the basement, away from his sisters, whom she feared he might harm in some way. Kemper's first 2 victims were his own grandparent's. He murdered them when he was 15 years old.

On August 27, 1964, Edmund Kemper killed his grandparents at their ranch in North Fork, California. His grandfather bought in a .22 caliber rifle and taught him how to shoot it. Kemper spent hours in the bushes shooting at birds, gophers and other small animals to annoy his grandmother who didn't want him killing animals. Edmund Sr. eventually took away the rifle at the behest of Maude, who didn't see the point in killing things just for the sake of killing them. This punishment infuriated Kemper, as the weapon served as an outlet for his growing aggression. Confined at home, Kemper's anger started to simmer, and he began to transfer his hatred for his domineering mother to his domineering grandmother. Kemper's grandfather was running errands at the grocery store and the post office. His grandmother was working in the kitchen. Kemper was sitting at the kitchen table with her. They started to argue after he stared at her. Enraged, Kemper stormed off and retrieved the confiscated rifle that his grandfather had given him for hunting. He decided to go hunting and went outside. His grandmother told him Oh, you'd better not be shooting the birds again. He stopped to look in through the screen window. He had fantasized about killing her before. She was facing away from him. He raised his rifle aimed at the back of her head, and fired through the screen. His grandmother slumped forward on the table. He shot her twice in the head and once in the back. He then wrapped her head in a towel and dragged her body to the bedroom, went to get a knife and stabbed her three times. His grandfather soon returned home and Kemper went outside to greet him. Edmund Sr. nodded, smiled and waved to his grandson as he began unloading food and supplies from the truck. Kemper returned the greeting and sneaked up to his grandfather and shot him in the back of his head with the rifle. Kemper dragged his grandfather's body to the garage and washed the blood from his hands with a garden hose. Back inside the house, Kemper had a passing thought about undressing his dead grandmother and exploring her body sexually to satisfy his carnal curiosity, but he shook it from his mind as being too perverted.

He was unsure of what to do next, so he phoned his mother, who told him to sit tight while she called the Madera County Sheriff. Kemper also called the police to make sure they would come. He was diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic by court psychiatrists and sentenced to the Atascadero State Hospital as a criminally insane juvenile.

During his stay at the hospital he acted as a model prisoner and was released 6 years later. During his time in the hospital he was given an IQ test that measured his IQ at 136. Later he was given another IQ test, which produced a higher result of 145. After he was free, Kemper continued to demonstrate to his psychiatrists that he was rehabilitated and on November 29, 1972, his juvenile records were permanently expunged. The last report from his probation psychiatrist says. If I were to see this patient without having any history available or getting any history from him, I would think that we're dealing with a very well-adjusted young man who had initiative, intelligence and who was free of any psychiatric illnesses. It is my opinion that he has made a very excellent response to the years of treatment and rehabilitation and I would see no psychiatric reason to consider him to be of any danger to himself or to any member of society. Since it may allow him more freedom as an adult to develop his potential, I would consider it reasonable to have a permanent expunction of his juvenile records. He went back to live with his mother and tried to stay out of trouble. He even tried to become a police officer for a while, but he was rejected not because of his criminal record which was expunged, but because of his huge size. Edmund Kemper is a tall man, standing 2,06 meters. I would say that's a huge win to have someone like that on the force and i don't really know why someone would be rejected to join the police force because of that, but if someone knows let me know.

THE CO-ED MURDERS

They were both 18 years old. On May 5th, 1972 Kemper picked them up at Stanford University with a friend she was with Anita. He wanted to rape them both but decided on murder. Ed drove off the highway and went to a dirt road. He handcuffed Mary to the back seat and stabbed her. She put up a big fight and bit through the bag she had on her head. Ed ended up slitting her throat and killed her. Kemper forced Anita into the trunk of the car. Once, Mary Ann was dead he focused on her and killed her as well, to leave no witnesses. On September 14, 1972, Aiko was at a bus stop on her way to San Francisco to attend a dance class, but she was tired of waiting for the bus and accepted the ride offered by Kemper. He drove her to a remote place. He then suffocated her enough to just make her black out and then he raped her. Ed then strangled her and put her body in the trunk. He went to a bar afterward and got a few drinks, then he went home to dismember her, just like his previous 2 victims.

On January 8, 1973, Miss Schall was walking down Mission Avenue in Santa Cruz, hitchhiking to go to class at Cabrillo College. Kemper picked her up and drove her to the hills near Watsonville, where he forced her into the trunk of his car and shot her in the head with his 22. Caliber pistol. She died instantly. He drove to his mother's house, where he kept her body hidden in a closet in his room overnight. When his mother left for work the next morning, he had sexual intercourse with her, then dismembered and decapitated her in his mother's bathtub.

Kemper kept Schall's severed head for several days, regularly engaging in irrumatio with it. Irrumatio is a form of oral sex in which someone thrusts their penis into another person's mouth. He then buried the remains in his mother's garden facing upward toward her bedroom. Her head was later found in the garden.

Police officers carefully rake through the back garden of Kemper's mom's home, while forensic experts photograph the scene. It wasn't long before her severed head was found buried by the garden fence.

The missing co-ed student's were starting to get known in the area, and the student's were told not to enter the car of strangers. students had been advised to accept rides only from cars with university stickers on them. Kemper was able to obtain a sticker, as his mother worked at a school. On February 5, 1973, Kemper had an argument with his mother again, and decided to go out and take his anger and frustration out on more college student's. He saw Miss Thorpe and Miss Liu, on the UC Santa Cruz campus. Miss Thorpe entered his car first, which apparently reassured Liu to also enter. Right after leaving the university grounds, Kemper fatally shot Thorpe and Liu with a .22 caliber pistol. He then wrapped their bodies in blankets, and placed them both in the backseat of his car. He again brought the victim's back to his mother's home. He sexually abused their bodies and the next morning dismembered the bodies and discarded the remains at Eden Canyon near San Francisco, where they were found a week later.

Kemper finally decided to kill his mother. He said he wanted to kill his mother since he was 8 years old. On April 21, 1973, Kemper attacked his mother after she went to sleep, first striking her in the head with a hammer, and then cutting her throat with a knife. He then decapitated her and cut off her hands.he put her head on a shelf and screamed at it for an hour, threw darts at it,and smashed her face in.

After hiding his mother's body parts, Kemper called his mother's, friend Sally Hallett and invited her over to the house. Kemper strangled Hallett shortly after she arrived and hid her body in a closet.

Kemper fled the area, driving east until he reached Pueblo, Colorado, where on April 23 he made a call to the Santa Cruz police to confess his crimes. At first, they did not believe that the guy they knew as Big Ed was a killer. But during subsequent interrogations, he would lead them to all the evidence they needed to prove that he was in fact the infamous Co-ed Killer.

Edmund Kemper was sentenced to eight concurrent life sentences. Since then, he has been incarcerated in the California Medical Facility in Vacaville.

He lives in general population and is again a model prisoner. Over the years he has given some interviews. Interview in 1991. 1hour 20 minutes long.

Kemper was first eligible for parole in 1979. He was denied parole that year, as well as at parole hearings in 1980, 1981, and 1982. He subsequently waived his right to a hearing in 1985. He was denied parole at his 1988 hearing, where he said, Society is not ready in any shape or form for me. I can't fault them for that. He was denied parole again in 1991 and in 1994. He then waived his right to a hearing in 1997 and in 2002. He attended the next hearing in 2007, where he was again denied parole. Prosecutor Ariadne Symons said, We don't care how much of a model prisoner he is because of the enormity of his crimes. Kemper waived his right to a hearing again in 2012. He was denied parole in 2017 and is next eligible this year scheduled for July 9. But he will most likely be denied parole again. Edmund Kemper is 75 years old right now.

The accused, Mukhsin Rahman Khan, who also happened to be a teacher at the madrasa, confessed to committing the heinous crime as an act of revenge.

The grim story unraveled after it was revealed that Khan had allegedly beaten the victim, Rabijul Hussain, for reportedly eloping from the madrasa a few days prior. Following the altercation, Khan was publicly asked to apologize for his actions. Driven by a sense of vengeance, Khan resorted to the unthinkable – he mercilessly killed and beheaded the young student.

Law enforcement promptly took action, apprehending Khan and initiating legal proceedings against him. The shocking incident sparked a wave of outrage among the local community and the victim's family. Demands for capital punishment for the accused echoed through the streets, underscoring the intensity of public emotions surrounding the case.

Rabijul Hussain's lifeless body, tragically beheaded, was discovered within the confines of the madrasa's hostel room. The gruesome find was made by another teacher who entered the room with the intention of waking up the students for the morning prayers. The discovery prompted immediate action, with the authorities informing the Dholai Police about the incident.

Upon arrival, the police retrieved the victim's body and detained 20 of his fellow students who shared the same hostel room, along with three teachers. The incident cast a dark cloud over the educational institution, leaving the local community in a state of shock and disbelief.

As the young student's life was mourned and his body cremated in the Frenchnagar area following a post-mortem examination, an impassioned plea for justice rang through the air. Family members, friends, and concerned citizens gathered to pay their last respects during the Janaza ceremony, uniting in their call for the accused to face the harshest possible punishment.

The revelation of a teacher's involvement in such a gruesome act has left the community grappling with a complex mix of grief, anger, and disbelief. The quest for justice continues as legal proceedings unfold, and a community seeks closure for the merciless killing that took the life of an innocent child.

First, let's break down and understand what 764 is. What is MKY/MKU?

MKY/MKU, also known as "Maniacs Murder Cult (MMC) is essentially a murder cult where they take pride in killing and assaulting the vulnerable, elderly, homeless, and immigrants. Tobbz764 commited a murder in hopes to be initiated into this cult and to gain more notoriety which got him the status "a faithful member of the cult" and "a maniac".

On August 11 and 13, 2021, Sova Center received an email with links to videos with scenes of violence, published in Telegram. The email was signed by the M.K.U gang (“Maniacs. Murder Cult”, or MMC, in English) and contained text “You are saying M.K.U does not exist? We are killing on the streets of your cities and you better stay home after dark.” [7]

The evidence of a connection between MKU, 764, and 09A comes down to "Tobbz's" self-proclaimed affiliation with all three groups and a few anonymous social media posts; at the very least, however, members of all three groups seem to be aware of each other.

TRAC (Terrorism Research and Analysis Consortium) released a report that included two images promoting a supposed “alliance” between 764 and MKU. One image included the text “764 MKU NLM,” another read “764 X MKУ — BROTHERS IN BLOOD.” [2]

Nino's Upbringing

Nino Luciano was born to drug-addicted parents in Germany on July 4, 2004 (?), and was said to have suffered withdrawal symptoms at birth, but was otherwise healthy. At the time of his birth, his father was incarcerated for drug-related crimes.

As a child, Nino had frequent violent outbursts and slept with a knife under his pillow at age 6. His mother stated that he had a troubled childhood filled with mental problems, loneliness, and being placed from one institution to another.

"In 2011, he was admitted to a psychiatric clinic for the first time, after which he was placed in an intensive care residential group, but the measure ended in 2013." [3]. In the summer of June 2016, Nino was brought to Romania at 11 years and 11 months old for a re-education program and was placed in foster care where in Dumbrăveni, Marcel Șițiș fostered Luciano for 6 years up until the assault and murder.

During his stay with Marcel Șițiș, he was sedated and given medication to sleep making him feel "all numb" and "like from another planet." The point of the medication was said to be to "tranquilize" him. Nino was also supposed to "stay in nature for a month, in Romania, in a transition stage between the psychiatric clinic in Germany and the house of the Șatiș family in Dumbrăveni." [4]. While being with his foster family, the German state paid Luciano more than 400 euros per day to cover specialist counseling costs, a psychiatrist's consultation, material costs and pocket money, clothing allowance. He was in total paid 882,963.51 euros (including the months he was in pretrial detention) and all payments stopped on his 18th birthday.

His Crimes

On April 12, 2022, At around 10:15, the boy arrived on Tineretului street, Mediaș, and slashed a car tire and continued on his way, looking for a new victim. > Two hours later, on the same street, he offered an elderly person a one-lei note, but continued on his way. He turned and followed the victim, telling him he had something else to offer him, showing him pepper spray. The man got scared and ran away, and the teenager went in the other direction. [3]

At around 12:20pm on Păltiniș street⁶, Mediaș, 17yr old Nino Luciano committed an unprovoked murder on a 74yr old woman who he believed was either of Jewish or Roma descent, while she was taking her trash out when Luciano stopped her, greeted by saying "hi", and knocked her to the ground where he then kicked her and cut her throat, all while streaming it on a discord call. This murder was said to be an initiation to join the extremist group known as MKY. [2] The woman was neither Roma or Jewish. He also stole the gold necklace that she was wearing.

Noticing that she was an elderly woman and believing that she was Jewish, the defendant resolved to put his plan into action and began moving after the victim. [3]

The crime of murder was retained with the retention of the aggravating circumstance of the commission of the act for reasons related to race. The initial aspects that it was a robbery are not confirmed. The chain that was thought to be missing was found on the victim. It follows from the statements of the defendant that he acted in this way because he believed that the victim was of Roma ethnicity [6]

2 weeks before this murder, he commited an attempted murder on an 82yr old man. During this attack he pushed him down the stairs and cut his face and right wrist then fled the scene. The old man required 18 days of medical care after the attack.

After the assault, the teenager held various discussions on Telegram and Discord under the pseudonym "necrohunt", where he boasted that he had killed an old man and that he had done it for pleasure, noting that "acts of this nature committed against elderly people are easier to committed, the authorities being superficial in such situations". [3]

It was said that Luciano had '764' '6996' and 'necro' tattoed on his hands and had signs of self harm on the body. He also had painted '764' and Nazi and Satanic imagery on the walls of his room. That's some serious dedication lol.

On top of the murder charges, he was investigated for the distribution and exchange of around 1000 files with child pornographic content. From January to April 2022, Luciano sold child porn content and received payment through cryptocurrencies.

"Through the computer systems, he procured, owned and stored over 300 pornographic materials with minors, namely video and image files, including graphic representations (animations)", stated DIICOT Sibiu prosecutors. [5]

"Through the computer systems, he procured, possessed and stored over 600 pornographic materials with minors, of which he distributed, through repeated acts, to different persons or groups, approximately 1,000 pornographic materials with minors." [5]

His associate (unnamed) was also involved in the groups previously discussed

"both defendants were part of a group within which materials with acts of particular violence against people and animals were made and distributed." [5]

Sentencing

On April 13, 2022, at 2:45 a.m., the criminal prosecutor ordered the arrest of 17yr old Luciano for committing the murder of the 74yr old woman, "with the detention of the aggravating circumstance of committing the act for reasons related to race, an act provided for by Art. 188 paragraph 1, with app. art. 113 paragraph 3 and art. 77 letter h Criminal Code" [6]

On August 8th, Nino Luciano convicted with and was subsequently charged with and pled guilty to, attempted murder, aggravated murder, destruction, and child pornography. He was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment and was ordered to go through the educational measure of internment, which focuses on the recovery of minors for reimplementation into society. "The defendant was also required to take medical treatment until he recovers or until improvements are obtained to remove the dangerous condition." [3] which I assume refers to pedophilia or another mental condition, this article is translated from Romanian so the wording was a bit confusing.

Pussy boy wanted to push for a lighter sentence or something less severe like house arrest or being put under judicial control. Nino Luciano is now rotting in Sibiu County for rehabilitation.

On top of his imprisonment, he and the family from Dumbrăveni (foster parents) will be forced to pay the victim's family 200,000 euros each.

Also, the German authorities are obliged to pay thousands of euros in damages. More than 4,000 lei will also go to the Ambulance Service and the Mediaș Emergency Hospital for the medical care of the victims. The legal expenses exceed 100,000 lei. [3]
