EFFORTPOST Mick and Mairead phillpot

Mick Philpott, originally known as Michael Philpott, was a father of 17 children from five different women. He had a reputation for living off state benefits and had gained notoriety in the media for his unconventional lifestyle and his attempts to gain notoriety and reality TV programs.

Mairead Philpott, born Mairead Duffy, was Mick's wife at the time of the house fire. She had married Mick when she was 19 years old and had 6 children with him. Mairead was described as being under the control and influence of Mick, who was a dominant figure in their relationship.

The family dynamics in the case of Mick Philpott, Mairead Philpott, and Lisa Willis were quite complex and unconventional. Mick was in a relationship with both Mairead (his wife) and Lisa (his mistress), and they were all living together in the same household along with multiple children from various relationships.

Mick Philpott and Mairead Philpott lived together in the main house, along with their children and some of Mick's other children from previous relationships. Lisa Willis, Mick's mistress, lived in a caravan in the backyard of the property with her five children, who were also fathered by Mick.

This living arrangement was unusual and raised many questions and concerns about the family's dynamics and relationships. It was reported that Mick had control and influence over both women, and there were tensions and conflicts within the household. The presence of a mistress living in a caravan on the same property as the main family home added another layer of complexity to an already dysfunctional situation.

Ultimately, these complicated family dynamics played a significant role in the tragic events that unfolded, leading to the fatal fire in 2012 that resulted in the deaths of six children. The motives and relationships between the individuals involved were closely examined during the subsequent trial and investigation.

The fire that killed six children in Mick Philpott's home in Derby, England occurred in the early hours of May 11, 2012. Mick Philpott had poured petrol in the hallway of the house and then set it alight. The fire quickly spread, engulfing the house and trapping the children who were asleep upstairs.

Despite efforts to rescue the children, the intensity of the fire and smoke made it difficult for firefighters to reach them in time. Tragically, Jade Philpott (10), John Philpott (9), Jack Philpott (7), Jesse Philpott (6), Jayden Philpott (5), and Duwayne Philpott (13) all died from smoke inhalation.

https://i.watchpeopledie.tv/images/1715548319421057.webp

The fire was a deliberate act orchestrated by Mick Philpott in an attempt to frame his former mistress and gain sympathy from the public. However, the plan went tragically wrong, resulting in the loss of innocent lives and a devastating impact on the community.

The Philpott house was completely destroyed by the fire.

The Philpotts were arrested and charged with manslaughter and arson. During the trial, it was revealed that Mick had a history of controlling and abusive behavior towards Mairead and his previous partners. Both Mick and Mairead were found guilty of the charges and sentenced to life in prison.

Mick Philpott, Mairead Philpott, and Paul Mosley had varying levels of criminal history prior to their involvement in the fatal fire in 2012.

Mick Philpott had a history of criminal behavior, including convictions for offenses such as theft, fraud, and assault. He was known to have a volatile and controlling personality, which had led to conflicts and legal trouble in the past.

Mairead Philpott had a relatively clean criminal record prior to the fatal fire, with no significant convictions or run-ins with the law.

Paul Mosley, the third suspect involved in the case, had a history of criminal behavior, including convictions for violent offenses such as assault. He was known to have a troubled past and a propensity for engaging in criminal activities.

There is an infamous moment during a press conference held by Mick Philpott following the tragic fire in 2012 that resulted in the deaths of six children. Mick Philpott, along with his wife Mairead Philpott and their friend Paul Mosley, had been charged with manslaughter over the deaths.

During the press conference, Mick Philpott pretended to cry for the cameras, but his performance was widely criticized and seen as insincere. Many viewers and media outlets questioned the authenticity of his emotions and accused him of faking his tears for public sympathy.

The incident added to the public scrutiny and criticism surrounding Mick Philpott and his behavior following the fire. It became a defining moment in the case and further painted him in a negative light in the eyes of the public and the media.

EFFORTPOST The Grim sleeper - write up - Effortpost

Little first facts about him

Lonnie David Franklin Jr., known as the Grim Sleeper, was an American serial killer operating in Los Angeles, California. His killing spree, spanning from the 1980s to the early 2000s, earned him the nickname due to long periods of dormancy between murders. He was convicted of ten murders and one attempted murder, but it's believed he may have been responsible for more crimes. Franklin primarily targeted young African-American women, often involved in drugs or sex work.

His case brought scrutiny to police handling of marginalized communities' cases. In 2010, Franklin was arrested, and in 2016, he was sentenced to death.

He was an African-American man born on August 30, 1952. He stood approximately 6 feet 2 inches (188 cm) tall and weighed around 225 pounds (102 kg).

Regarding his family, Franklin was married and had children. He lived in Los Angeles, California, where he worked as a mechanic and sanitation worker.

4. Bernita Sparks

5. Mary Lowe

6. Lachrica Jefferson

7. Alicia Alexander

8. Princess Berthomieux

9. Valerie McCorvey

10. Janecia Peters

How he got caught + Informations

Lonnie David Franklin Jr., was ultimately caught through advancements in forensic DNA analysis and the diligent work of law enforcement agencies.

In 2010, LAPD detectives investigating a series of unsolved murders connected to the Grim Sleeper case obtained a DNA sample from Franklin's son, Christopher, who had been arrested on an unrelated felony charge. The DNA sample collected from Christopher was analyzed and found to share genetic similarities with DNA evidence recovered from the crime scenes linked to the Grim Sleeper.

This breakthrough led investigators to Lonnie David Franklin Jr. They conducted surveillance on him, which included collecting items containing his DNA, such as a discarded pizza crust and utensils from a restaurant. When the DNA from these items matched the DNA evidence from the crime scenes, Franklin was arrested in July 2010.

During the subsequent investigation, authorities found further evidence, including photographs and personal belongings of the victims, at Franklin's home. In 2016, Lonnie David Franklin Jr. was convicted of ten counts of murder and one count of attempted murder and sentenced to death.

His death in 2020 while awaiting execution marked the end of a chapter in one of Los Angeles' most infamous criminal cases.

The interesting case of John Darwin

Family and Early Life

  • John Darwin was born in 1950 in Sunderland, England. He had worked as a prison officer for 16 years before the incident.

  • He met his wife Anne in the 1970s, and they married in 1982. They had two sons together - Anthony and Mark.

Financial Troubles

  • In the years leading up to 2002, the Darwins had accumulated significant debts, estimated around £600,000.

  • They had taken out multiple loans and remortgaged their family home multiple times to try and pay off their debts.

  • John had also taken out several life insurance policies on himself in the years before his "death".

Planning the Fake Death

  • In early 2002, the Darwins began planning John's disappearance and faked death.

  • They purchased a second-hand canoe and staged a canoeing "accident" in the North Sea off the coast of Seaton Carew.

  • After the reported incident, John secretly returned home and hid in a bedsit attached to the family home, while Anne collected the insurance payouts.

Living in Secret

  • For the next 5 years, John Darwin lived secretly in the bedsit, with Anne bringing him food and other supplies.

  • They used aliases and disguises, and John even visited a local café regularly while pretending to be a disabled man.

  • The couple also took steps to establish a new life in Panama, purchasing property there using the insurance money.

Keeping it from Their Sons

  • The Darwins' two sons, Anthony and Mark, were completely unaware that their father John was still alive.

  • After John's reported drowning in 2002, the sons genuinely believed their father had died in the canoeing accident.

  • Anne continued to live in the family home and maintained regular contact with the sons, never revealing that John was secretly living in the adjoining bedsit.

  • Throughout the 5 years, Anne would lie to Anthony and Mark about their father's fate and the family's financial situation.

  • She told the sons that the life insurance payouts were helping her get by after John's "death".

  • The sons were completely unaware that their parents were using the money to pay off debts and establish a new life in Panama.

Elaborate Deception

  • To avoid detection, John Darwin would often hide or disguise himself when Anthony and Mark visited the family home.

  • He would sometimes stay in the bedsit for weeks at a time, only emerging when the sons were not around.

  • When the sons did see him, John would pretend to be a disabled neighbor or maintenance worker to avoid arousing suspicion.

Emotional Toll

  • The deception took a significant emotional toll on the Darwin sons, who genuinely mourned the loss of their father.

  • When the truth finally emerged in 2007, Anthony and Mark were devastated to learn their father had been alive all along, and that their parents had lied to them for years.

Insurance Money Obtained

  • In total, Anne Darwin collected over £250,000 in life insurance payouts and pension benefits following John's reported "death" in 2002.

  • This included two large life insurance policies that John had taken out on himself in the years prior to his disappearance.

  • The Darwins used this insurance money to pay off their substantial debts and also begin funding their planned new life in Panama.

Getting Caught

  • The Darwins' elaborate cover-up began to unravel in late 2007 when a photo emerged of the couple posing together in Panama.

  • Investigators discovered that the Darwins had purchased a flat in Panama in 2006 using a large cash payment, raising suspicions.

  • Further inquiries revealed that John Darwin had secretly returned home shortly after his disappearance and had been living with Anne the whole time.

The Turning Point

  • The decisive moment came when John Darwin suddenly reappeared at a police station in December 2007, claiming to have suffered from amnesia.

  • This prompted a full police investigation, which quickly uncovered the Darwins' deception and the large insurance payouts Anne had collected.

Criminal Charges and Convictions

  • In 2008, both John and Anne Darwin were charged and convicted of fraud related to the life insurance claims and pension payments.

  • John was sentenced to 6 years and 3 months in prison, while Anne received 6 years and 6 months.

the incredible story of John and Anne Darwin faking John's death has been adapted into a TV drama series. The series is called "The Thief, His Wife and the Canoe" and aired on ITV in the UK in 2022.

A one part drama was also created in 2010 by the BBC titled " canoe man "

CHILD WARNING EFFORTPOST Reckless Driving Kills a 16 year old girl :marseysteer:

On the tranquil Sunday morning of February 2nd, tragedy unfolded amidst the picturesque shores of Tremembé – Icapui beach, a scene typically imbued with the serenity of coastal charm. Yet, this day bore witness to a calamitous turn of events, as a Mitsubishi L200, its presence a stark contrast to the tranquility of the surroundings, embarked on a journey fraught with peril.

Navigating the winding road adjacent to Quitérias beach, the vehicle became a vessel of recklessness, its path marked by erratic maneuvers that defied all notions of caution and prudence. With each reckless zig and zag, the driver, consumed by a reckless abandon, propelled the vehicle into a perilous dance with destiny.

The consequences of such heedless behavior proved dire, as the driver's tenuous grasp on control slipped away, plunging the occupants into a maelstrom of chaos. In a dizzying display of vehicular acrobatics, the Mitsubishi L200 succumbed to the forces of physics, its metallic frame contorting in a violent symphony of destruction.

Caught in the turmoil of the overturned vehicle was sixteen-year-old Karem Erica Barreto, her youthful exuberance snuffed out by the unforgiving hand of fate. Tragically, her fate was sealed by the absence of a simple safety precaution – the seat belt. As the vehicle's violent motion reached its crescendo, she was forcibly ejected from the confines of the car, her tender form cast adrift amidst a tempest of twisted metal and shattered glass.

In the deafening silence that followed, the gravity of the situation became painfully apparent. Karem Erica Barreto, her life extinguished in an instant, became a poignant reminder of the fragility of existence and the profound consequences of reckless actions.

Yet, amidst the despair, there were survivors. Two women and a child, though battered and bruised, emerged from the wreckage with only minor injuries. Miraculously spared from the cruel hand of fate that claimed their young companion, they bore witness to the fragility of life and the indiscriminate nature of tragedy.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows over the scene of devastation, the harsh reality of the situation began to sink in. Within the confines of the vehicle lay remnants of revelry and irresponsibility – discarded beer cans, silent witnesses to the heedless actions that led to such devastating consequences.

As the community grappled with the enormity of the tragedy, a somber reminder echoed through the collective consciousness – a poignant call for vigilance, responsibility, and the unwavering commitment to safeguarding precious lives on the roads we traverse.

In the days that followed, amidst the tears and the mourning, the wheels of justice began to turn. The driver, culpable for the senseless loss of life through his reckless actions, was promptly apprehended. Charged with the grave offenses of reckless driving and manslaughter, he faced the sobering reality of his choices and the irreversible consequences they wrought.

As the legal proceedings unfolded, the community rallied around the memory of Karem Erica Barreto, her vibrant spirit serving as a beacon of hope amidst the darkness of tragedy. Through collective action and a renewed commitment to road safety, her legacy would endure, a testament to the enduring power of love, compassion, and the unyielding pursuit of justice.

EFFORTPOST ShootaShellz Death and Backstory

There is already a picture of Cedron Doles AKA Shoota Shellz death scene on this website, but I thought I would elaborate on why this happened and the backstory behind it all. Because for every action there is always a reaction which could be infinitely times worse.

Shoota Shellz Death Picture

https://i.redd.it/z1tf8c6zwer41.jpg

This is Doles seen sprung out on the ground with his head obviously not fully there. This is one of the grizzlier scenes that has come out of Chicago, and we just so happen to have a picture of it as well. The backstory behind this picture is just as gruesome as the picture itself. It's to be noted that witnesses and the scene itself have said that 3 individuals hopped out of a white car and shot at him while he was trying to get into his car at 9:32 pm. After they hit him up a couple times he eventfully fell to the ground where the same 3 people ran up on him and began taking turns firing shots into his face and chest area. He was pronounced dead just 8 minutes later. Doles was a rapper from Chicago that obviously went by ShootShellz. He was raised in Windy City AKA Chicago and was apart of the BlackMobb set. Mobb is comprised of many maniac Black P Stones. Mobb was beefing with NLMB which is a gang not to far from where Mobb's territory is. That's honestly the main reason so many people die in Chicago because gang sets beef with other gangs less than 3-4 blocks away. Its said that this "hit" was because of many reasons but the main one being dissing a lot of dead members in NLMB and ABK. Cedron made a song titled "Death of 150"(150 is another name for NLMB) on April 5th, 2017, he died July 10th, 2017 (96 Days apart).

Dissing the Dead

Cedron's "Death of 150" was a huge song for the Mobb set because no one from that set really was known anywhere but Chicago so they had no legal money coming in. The song is a great song actually and I would recommend a listen if you are a fan of rap music or Chicago drill for that matter. Cedron dissed many deceased members of 150/NLMB in Death of 150, he put a huge target on his back from dissing and people really wanted him gone. Here is some of the people dissed in the song.

Jamal Harris AKA Roc

Roc was killed February 19th 2012, his gang would go by RocBlock in his honor.

Jakoby Herron AKA Kobe

Kobe was killed Augest 10th, 2013, Its said he just got done shooting dice with fellow members of NLMB when he suddenly wanted to go home. fellow members asked if he wanted a ride and he said he'd rather walk. This would be the last time anyone but Herron's enemies would see him alive. It happened so close to where he was just shooting dice that his fellow gang members rushed to the scene on foot fully armed to the teeth.

Fazon Robinson AKA G Fazo

G Fazo was seen playing dice when something went left and he lost his life. NLMB and many other people from Chicago and at this point the world call Air Force 1's, G Fazo's in his honor.

Conclusion

Don't gang bang.

I understand that standards for different places are much lower and shitty but if anyone reading this is in a point of their life where they feel the need to enact some type of revenge use this as a guide to deter your mind away from that. Shootashellz was a respected guy in his hood and has done many interviews. He has stated himself that he has no right to promote peace because of the things he was doing but was still trying to guide the youth to something different.

Here is the interview done with Zach TV (R.I.P Zach TV 🕊️) its 22 minuets and 55 seconds long but its worth the watch if your interested.

CHILD WARNING EFFORTPOST Woman found buried in a river.

Murder of Alice Gross:

Alice Poppy Madeleine Gross was a 14-year-old school girl who lived with her sister (Nina Gross) and parents (Jose Gross and Rosalind Hodgkiss) in Hanwell, West London.

https://i.watchpeopledie.tv/images/17079264253881493.webp

https://i.watchpeopledie.tv/images/17079264256739976.webp

Missing case:

Alice went missing after leaving her home on the 28th of august 2014, The search for her was the largest deployment of Metropolitan Police officers in a search operation since the 7 July 2005 London bombings. It involved 600 officers from eight services.

How she died:

Initial post-mortem results were inconclusive, struggling to definitively find her cause of death due to decomposition and the length of time her body had been in the water. After further tests, the coroner concluded Alice had died from “compression asphyxia,” in an attack believed to have been sexually motivated.

Suspected killer:

The convicted murder Arnis Zalkalns who went missing from Ealing, West London, on 3 September was a suspected killer of this case.

https://i.watchpeopledie.tv/images/17079264254981732.webp

How it happened:

The police believe Zalkalns, who was convicted of murdering his wife in Latvia, encountered Alice as she walked along a canal towpath. One week later Zalkalns, 41, was reported missing from his west London home. Police took the unusual step of naming him as their "prime suspect" as hopes of finding the teenager "dwindled".

Murder Inquiry:

On october 1st, the police launched a murder inquiry after alice's body was found hidden under logs on the bed of the River Brent the night before. On 4 October, police announced that they had found a badly decomposed body in dense woodland in Boston Manor Park during their search for Zalkalns, and that early indications suggested the body might be his. Police confirmed two days later that the body was that of Zalkalns. The cause of his death was hanging.

Community service:

The local community of Hanwell was galvanised during the time Gross was missing, and a poster campaign to "Find Alice" was organised through a Facebook page. In order to increase public awareness of Gross being missing the community tied yellow ribbons to trees, railings, their cars and homes. Ealing Borough Council flew flags at half-mast following the discovery of Gross's body, opened a public book of condolence and replanted flower beds near to the Hanwell Clock Tower with yellow pansies in Gross's memory.

Police briefing:

In a briefing on 28th of january 2015 the Metropolitan Police stated that "all the evidence points firmly to Arnis Zalkalns" and that he would have been charged if he had not hanged himself.

CHILD WARNING EFFORTPOST (CW) Asiana Airlines crashed in 1993.

On July 26, 1993, Asiana Airlines' flight B737-5L9, which departed Gimpo International Airport at 2:20 p.m. and is scheduled to arrive at Mokpo Airport in Samho-eup, Yeongam-gun, Jeollanam-do at 3:15 p.m., crashed into the hills of Hwawon Peninsula (near Joryeongsan Mountain) in Masan-ri, Hwawon-myeon, Haenam-gun, Jeollanam-do, while approaching Mokpo Airport

At the time of the accident, it was raining heavily at Mokpo Airport, and the plane failed to make its first landing attempt at 3:24 p.m. Subsequently, the second attempt was made four minutes later, at 3:28 p.m., but failed again, and the third attempt also failed 10 minutes later, at 3:38 p.m., and the third attempt was also unsuccessful. At that time, there was a regulation that the captain had to write a letter of apology if he returned due to an unusual weather condition. Three minutes later, at 3:41 p.m., communication was lost as it disappeared from the control radar at Gwangju Airport. At the time of the collision, the plane attempted to communicate with the plane to notify the updated weather information, but the plane did not respond. At 3:50, nine minutes after disappearing from the radar, the plane was found crashed on a hill in Masan-ri, Hwawon-myeon, Haenam-gun, about 10 kilometers away from Mokpo Airport.

The reasons could be bad weather, lack of airport facilities and the captain's attempts to land

At that time, Mokpo Airport was a small airport with only VOR/DME and NDB installed, and the runway was also 1,500m, which was a close path for civil passengers to enter. Under these circumstances, severe weather restricted the aircraft's visibility, and the pilots hastily attempted to land, anxious about the continued failure of access. It turned out that the landing procedure was carried out without obtaining permission to land at the time. Eventually, the captain, who was anxious about repeated failures in access, attempted to climb at a rather low altitude four seconds before the crash after belatedly finding the mountain on the runway approach line. At that time, he was flying at only 110 feet (33.53m) left on the ground, and he was descending at 1,000ft (304.8m) per minute, not on flat land. To avoid the crash, stopping the descent was not enough, and it was necessary to rise faster than the slope of the mountain. However, he stopped his descent for four seconds and rose 32 feet (9.75m) to 762 feet (232.3m), but failed to cross the 827-foot (252.1m) peak. At that time, Asiana was widely promoting that it was the world's No. 1 in regular takeoffs and landings, which can be seen as one cause of the accidents.

The accident killed 68 out of 110 passengers and six crew members. At that time, the situation was not properly understood at Mokpo Airport due to limited visibility due to bad weather, and two passengers who survived the crash site came out of the plane and went down to Masan-ri village under the mountains to report the accident to a nearby police box. This is because no secondary explosion or fire occurred due to rain despite the leakage of aircraft oil during the crash. There was also a dark history of reporting the scene in which the dress was blown up by the wind (air wind) and the woman's panties and bra were exposed by the news without mosaic while hanging a female injured person in a light dress with a wire.
