A man was killed at the hands of two still unidentified hooded men, on Baltazar Álvarez Street at Inversiones Fendy, almost on the corner of Felipe Vicini, in the Villa Consuelo sector.

Jorge Ismael del Rosario Almonte, 24 years old, was surprised by two hooded men who were traveling on a motorcycle, while he was using his cell phone, and was hit by several bullets, leaving at least four people who were there unharmed. around it.

The clock showed 3:25 in the afternoon, when the incident occurred, supposedly identifying a man, who several seconds later was killed by unknown persons aboard a motorcycle.

The National Police has not yet identified the perpetrators, and reported that it is working to find the whereabouts of both.

The area was surrounded by a high police force, who detained several people for investigation purposes.

After 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 26, information was released about the death of a citizen in a robbery.

The event occurred at Sauces 6, in one of the pedestrian streets of this citadel in the north of Guayaquil.

Information emerged on social networks that the victim was Roberto Oña Núñez, journalist and father of a sports commentator on a Guayaquil radio station.

The communicator María Fernanda Velásquez gave details of what happened, through her Twitter account.

"This has not been a good day. Tonight one of my neighbors was murdered for robbing him in the establishment that he had recently opened. A hard-working, honest and kind man. His family is destroyed. The worst thing is that it is not the only case. Crime is killing us," he published.

Oña had been a radio broadcaster for more than 30 years, said his brother, Milton, in a video recorded by a colleague that went viral on social networks.

Gunmen in military uniforms fatally shot a governor and five civilians on Saturday while the provincial leader was meeting villagers at his home in the central Philippines, in the latest brazen assault on local politicians in the country, police said.

At least six men armed with assault rifles and wearing military-style camouflage and bullet-proof vests alighted from three SUVs and opened fire on Negr0s Oriental Gov. R.D., hitting him and at least five other people in front of his home in Pamplona town. The province has a history of violent political rivalries. R.'s wife is the mayor of Pamplona.

A total of 10 suspects were seen fleeing the scene and later abandoned the SUVs, police said. Police set up security checkpoints and launched a province-wide search for the suspects.

Philippines President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr condemned the mid-morning attack, which took place as impoverished villagers gathered in front of R.'s house to seek medical and other aid.

He addressed the mastermind and the killers, saying, “We will find you. If you surrender now it will be your best option.”

Detectives are investigating a shooting that killed an Atlantic City woman early Sunday morning, BreakingAC has learned.

Police were called to the first block of South Bellevue Avenue just after 1 a.m. for the report of a shooting, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office confirmed.

Malikah McLaughlin, 26, was found shot, and pronounced dead, according to the office.

Mayor Marty Small said he was told of the death moments after it happened by acting Chief James Sarkos.

“Any time a life is lost, it takes a toll on our community,” he told BreakingAC.

Small said he has lifelong relationships with McLaughlin's parents and their families.

“I assured them that our Police Department will work relentlessly to solve this crime,” he said.

It's not the first time someone in the family has been lost to violence.

McLaughlin's younger brother, Michael McLaughlin, was just 17 when he was killed in 2018.

During a dice game gone wrong, the teen was shot in the back as he fled. Rashaad Norwood is serving a 25-year sentence for the crime.

This was the second fatal shooting in the city in three days.

Jordan Eaddy, 31, of Philadelphia, was found dead in the 1300 block of Baltic Avenue just after midnight Thursday.

The killing happened in a year when the city had seen no shooting deaths.

Five people have been indicted in the killing of an Atlantic City woman who was gunned down in August, including two women who allegedly hindered the investigation.

Two men are jailed and another is still being sought.

Malikah McLaughlin, 26, was walking in the first block of South Bellevue Avenue just after 1 a.m. Aug. 28, when she was gunned down by a man who then fled in a car with two others.

A residence's Xfinity camera captured the shooting. BreakingAC has not shared the video out of respect for the victim's loved ones.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office previously announced the arrest of one of the men, Lester Robinson, who was wounded when someone opened fire on the fleeing vehicle.

A second man was arrested in October, BreakingAC previously reported. Quamel Schaffer, 30, of Millville, appeared in court via video from the jail for a detention hearing. He was ultimately held.

The affidavit named the third man along with two women. BreakingAC did not release their names at that time since they had not yet been charged.

But now, Phillip Hayes, Monica Gonzalez and Quataisa Harrington have been indicted by a grand jury, along with Robinson and Schaffer, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office announced Thursday.

Hayes, 35, of Atlantic City, is charged with murder, conspiracy and weapons offenses. There is currently an active warrant for his arrest. BreakingAC has not yet been able to obtain his photo.

Hayes, Schaffer and Robinson each faces an additional charge of certain person not to possess a weapon due to their criminal histories.

Gonzalez, 27, of Atlantic City, and Harrington, 23, of Millville, were indicted on a third-degree charge of hindering apprehension.

The investigation that included witness statements and phone data put all three men together, the affidavit states.

In phone calls heard by an investigator, Schaffer and Hayes direct Harrington and Gonzalez “to delete incriminating evidence from their phones and accounts,” the detective wrote in the affidavit. “In later calls, Harrington and Gonzalez acknowledge they deleted the incriminating evidence.”

Both women were charged on summonses and are not jailed.

Hayes and his four co-defendants were indicted in December.

Hayes, along with Lester Robinson and Quamel Shaffer face charges including murder, conspiracy to commit murder and weapons offenses.

Monica Gonzalez and Quatasia Harrington were indicted for third-degree hindering apprehension.

Robinson was the first to be arrested. He was wounded in the shooting, when someone opened fire on the fleeing vehicle.

Schaffer, 30, of Millville, was arrested in October, BreakingAC previously reported.

When McLaughlin was killed, Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small said he has lifelong relationships with McLaughlin's parents and their families.

The men were attending a baby shower in the hall of a building near the location when a fight started outside.

According to police, Wayne Smith, 28, of New Rochelle, allegedly shot 24-year-old Arnold Oliver in retaliation, moments after he reportedly shot Smith’s brother during the dispute.

24-year-old Jamal Smith was shot once in the face and Arnold Oliver was shot in the chest.

Both men were taken to St. Barnabas Hospital where they were pronounced dead.

Jeffrey Roberts, 66, drove 12 hours to Utah with one purpose in mind: to end his brother Scott Robert's life.

He brought 3 magazines, and the only reason he spared the woman's life on the last slide was because he failed to account for a gun jam. He surrendered when police arrived, and was sentenced to 44 years in prison.

A person was killed last night by a hitman when he ate sausollo abroad of a place located in the Peace and Friendship settlement, Urbanization September 8, District of Casa Grande, Province of Ascope, La Libertad Region.

The victim, identified as Jorge Ramírez Jara, was sitting next to a companion, when about 9:00 pm a man dressed in black and without a word he shot three shots in his back and at close range.

After receiving the bullet impacts, the victim fell on the table, while his companion fled between shouts inside the premises to collect themself.

After the shooting of the hitman, the companion and other people from the establishment of food tried to take him to the district hospital, but Ramírez Jara no longer presented vital signs.

This new fact of blood was registered in the citizen security cameras of the area, which will undoubtedly serve in the investigation initiated by the National Police. The agents found three basic cocaine paste wrappers in the sidewalk, which allegedly would have fallen to criminals.
