A man known as Claudio Wellyson, 25, was shot dead around 1:10 am on Monday (06) in Amelia street Camargo Azevedo, Linda Chaib neighborhood, in Mogi Mirim. The victim was shot several times while talking to friends in front of a diner.
Security footage shows the killer arriving on foot, wearing a hatted blouse, and shooting several times in the direction of Claudius' head, who fell to the ground and died at the scene. After firing the shots, the accused ran away. On the run, the suspect even threatened to shoot someone else.
The Samu (Mobile Emergency Care Service) even went to the point where the murder occurred, but the man was already dead. Police are investigating the case and looking for the accused. The motives for the murder are also investigated.
At the time of the crime there were more people in the diner. Everyone was quite frightened by the situation. The PM (Military Police) was at the scene of the crime and registered the BO (Occurrence Bulletin). We will provide more information on the case.

The shooting occurred on Monday 31st, in Pero Vez, Salvador neighbourhood, Bahia.
The conflict between the two factions, Bonde do Maluc0 (BDM) and Comando Vermelho (C.V) continues in earnest. The shooting took place late Monday night, when the factions again clashed. They recorded and uploaded a video of them shooting a young male of the opposite gang, over fifteen times in total, leaving him a bloody mess on the pavement, his head destroyed and blood along will brain matter all around him.
Military police were called by frightened residents who had heard the gunfire. Once on scene, they examined the victims body, thus far, no name released, before they had the remains taken away. They found over fifteen bullet casings amongst the blood, flesh and brain matter. Upon later viewing the footage uploaded by the gang, the initial shots were not recorded.
The video recorded by the faction was uploaded online as a warning to others.
The case has been referred to the civil police, who with be dealing with the investigation. The victims family have been informed of his death.
