Pilson Pereira da Silva and Rui Luiz Bogo were shot dead this Sunday afternoon (21), in Peixoto de Azevedo. The city's priest, J.R.D.,45, was shot and remains under medical care. The group was at a party when 2 criminals invaded the place, shooting indiscriminately. The criminals were identified as mother and son.

According to the incident report, investigators were called by the Military Police to attend the scene where a double homicide had occurred. At the address, agents were informed that there were two people dead in the house and one injured in the hospital.

Witnesses reported that it was a birthday party when the shooters arrived and fired their weapons at the guests. In audio attributed to the priest, it is reported that everyone ran when they saw the invaders. The religious man took refuge behind a sofa and one of the shots went through the protection. The bullet “ricocheted” hitting the watch he was wearing.

“I was saved first by the will of God. It bounced off the watch and that's what saved me, otherwise it would have killed me”, he narrated. There is still no information about the motivation for the murders. The suspects are Inês Gemilaki and Bruno Gemilaki Dal Poz.

Recently, videos have emerged of the frustrated robbery in a restaurant in the Belén La Gloria neighborhood in western Medellín, in which an alleged thief was killed and another injured.

The thief did not take into account that one of those present was an armed escort, who activated his protected weapon against the man and his accomplice who was waiting for him on a motorcycle on the sidewalk of the business.

A shooting occurred around noon this Thursday, April 25, in the Belén La Gloria neighborhood, in Medellín. Apparently, two armed men arrived at a restaurant in the area to rob customers.

The incident occurred on Highway 83, at the intersection with Street 15A. A subject, who arrived accompanied by another on a motorcycle, entered the place in order to rob the people who were eating, but a bodyguard, who was in the restaurant, shot the two men in retaliation.

Agents from the Sijín and the Police Intelligence Directorate went to the site to remove the body and clarify the facts. Likewise, it was learned that the man who shot at the thieves was taken to the Prosecutor's Office and his weapon was seized.

In videos that have been spread through social networks you can see how one of the thieves is left lying on the public road, while the individual who was injured was taken to a care center by the authorities.

A 25-year-old ex-con was shot to death outside a Queens deli during an argument with his killer, police said Tuesday.

Joseph Valdez got into an quarrel with a man who pulled out a gun and opened fire outside the store on 21st St. near 41st Ave. in Astoria about 10 p.m. Monday, cops said. Valdez suffered three gunshot wounds to the arm and upper body.

Medics rushed Valdez to New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell, but he could not be saved.

The gunman ran off and is being sought.

Gunmen opened fire on a group of people in San Juan this morning, killing two people and injuring three more. Investigators said that the incident occurred just before 9am at the corner of Second Avenue and Saddle Road in San Juan. Police say four gunmen in a Toyota Yaris motor car pulled up to the group and opened fire. Reynold Victor, who police believe was the original target, was shot multiple times and killed at the scene, while four others were also hit, including Jelissa Payne. According to sources, Payne, 35, died later at the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex. Another woman was shot in the back and right knee and is in critical condition. According to police, a 59-year-old guy was shot in the left knee and back, while a 40-year-old man was wounded in the right knee and buttocks. Police sources say the hit on Reynold came from behind the prison walls as a message to his brother Arnold Victor, who is also imprisoned. Arnold Victor, aka Fox, has been in prison since 2009 on a charge of allegedly murdering Vegas gang leader Sean Bill Francis on the 26th of April 2009 while at a dumpster near his home. Fox had taken control of the Vegas community after Francis was murdered but he and three other men were subsequently arrested and charged with the alleged capital offense. A newly-elected barangay councilor in Davao del Norte, Jay Glen Dela Rama, was shot dead by a suspected gun-for-hire in San Isidro town. Dela Rama, a retired member of the Philippine Army and businessman, was attacked inside his roadside store. Security footage showed the assailant approaching him and shooting him repeatedly. Dela Rama died in the hospital from his wounds. The suspect escaped on a motorcycle driven by an accomplice. Police are investigating the incident and whether it's related to Dela Rama's recent election as a councilor.

NORTH Eastern Division police were bracing on Monday night for reprisal shootings and an upsurge in violence after the murder of a sales clerk at his workplace a clothing store in Aranguez. Police said they were told two carloads of gunmen were targeting people in Malick in a direct response to the murder of Keston Alves hours earlier. Alves, 38, of Second Caledonia, Malick was killed on Monday afternoon when a gunman ran into the clothing store Threadz and shot him. Alves murder, police said, was gang-related. Police sources said a top member of the ABG gang is the cousin of Alves. That person is currently in remand prison, having been charged with murder. Alves murder, police believe, was in retaliation for the shooting death of Kelum Williams the nephew of another gang leader on Sunday afternoon. Police said 24-year-old Williams left his Upper Sixth Avenue, Malick home to visit a friend who lives nearby when he was shot dead. Williams uncle is said to be a senior member of the Rasta City gang. The ABG and Rasta City gangs, whose origins were in east Port of Spain, are engaged in a deadly conflict as they seek to expand their territory. Police sources said the ABG and Sixx gangs – the latter being a rival of Rasta City – have come to an understanding and are both targeting Rasta City members. Security circuit cameras recorded the moment a young man was killed inside a motorcycle workshop in Óbidos, in the west of Pará. The crime took place on Monday night (15).

In the images it is possible to see that two men arrive at the scene on a motorcycle. The man who was on the back gets out and goes to the victim and shoots. He then returns to the motorcycle and the duo leaves the place without taking anything.

According to the Military Police, the victim died at the scene after being hit by at least two .40 pistol shots.

According to the Military Police, family members reported that the victim was already receiving threats from criminal organizations.

It is suspected that the victim was involved in drug trafficking, as a few days ago he had been arrested with approximately 100g of narcotic material.

The motorcycle used in the crime was found minutes after the crime. The vehicle was abandoned in the Perpétuo Socorro neighborhood. Until the publication of this report, the perpetrator of the homicide had not yet been located, nor had the driver of the motorcycle that gave way to the criminal.
