According to the preliminary report from the police institution, the events occurred after 10:30 in the morning on Carrera 4 and Calle 94, in the San Luis neighborhood.

According to details, armed individuals shot several times a man who was outside a home. The victim would be identified as Jofre Pincay alias "Pipo", approximately 37 years old.
The victim was taken to a health home where his death was only confirmed. National Police agents arrived at the scene to begin the respective investigations. With this new violent death, the district of Manta, Montecristi and JaramijΓ³ account for 124 murders.

While arranging drinks in a refrigerator, Leonardo, a 17-year-old boy who worked in a grocery store was killed by a hitman who entered the business located in "El Pedregal" located in Santa Julia neighborhood, which had been required months ago to collect a floor [TL note: "cobro de piso" is basically extortion where you pay gangs to "protect" your building].
The homicide was recorded before 3:00 in the afternoon today, Monday, May 6, at Abarrotes 'El Pedregal', located on Ernesto Riedel Street in the neighborhood belonging to the San Antonio de los Buenos municipal delegation.
Leonardo, who just a few days ago had turned 17, lost his life almost instantly, when he was shot in the back.
After the armed attack, the hitman ran out of the grocery store and boarded a blue sedan vehicle, in which he fled the scene.
Municipal police who responded to the report indicated that next to the teenager, at least three 9 millimeter caliber shell casings were observed.
According to Leonardo's relatives, he had been working in the grocery store for two years, an activity that he combined with his studies.

Kelvin SuΓ‘rez Pin, 28, was shot in the chest and killed while attending a friend's wake. A home security camera captured the incident, which occurred when someone at the gathering tried to fire a gun into the air, but accidentally shot SuΓ‘rez. In the early hours of this Monday (13), a young man identified as RΓ΄mulo Silva Albuquerque, who was affectionately called 'Neskau', was shot dead while smoking a marijuana cigarette. The case took place in Rio de Janeiro and was recorded by the victim himself.
Romim, who was supposed to be a drug 'scout', was doing a live on Instagram, smoking calmly, when he was shot in the head. At the time of his live broadcast, his followers were interacting and one of them decided to record the screen, not knowing what would happen.
Romim's family and friends were desperate when they found out what happened and asked for justice. On social media, several tributes are being published to the young man.

The Neiva Metropolitan Police issued a statement about the incident in which an alleged criminal died in the south of the city, specifically at the intersection of 19 South Street and 7. According to the official report:
At approximately 11:20 a.m. today, Tuesday, the authorities received a call through emergency line 123, alerting about a possible theft in a commercial establishment in the area.
Immediately, police patrols moved to the indicated location, finding a man of about 22 years old lying on the ground with gunshot wounds. According to eyewitnesses, this individual, identified as Henry David Perdomo, alias "Uca", had attempted to commit an armed robbery.
During the event, a confrontation took place between the young man and the victims, resulting in the alleged thief and a relative of one of the victims being seriously injured. The latter was taken to a medical center to receive care.

June 27, 2023, Nanterre, Paris- A French police officer is being investigated for homicide over the fatal shooting a 17-year-old boy, "Nahel Merzouk" who have Algerian roots, in the Paris suburb of Nanterre after he failed to comply with an order to stop his car, the local prosecutor's office said.
The officer fired at the boy, who subsequently died from his wounds, the Nanterre prosecutor's office said. A video shared on social media shows two police officers beside the car, a Mercedes AMG, one of whom shoots as the driver pulls away.
Sporadic clashes broke out between youths and police on Tuesday evening as anger over the death of the teenager grew in the local community. Some groups set alight barricades and garbage bins, smashed up a bus stop and threw firecrackers toward police, who responded with tear gas and dispersion grenades. Nine people were arrested.
After a record 13 deaths from police shootings in France during traffic stops last year, this was the second fatal incident in such circumstances in 2023.
One passenger was taken into police custody but later released. Police were unable to contact another passenger, the prospector's office said. The driver was βknown to the judicial services for having refused to comply with a traffic stopβ on a previous occasion, it said.
