RIO BRANCO, BRAZIL – JANUARY 9, 2018 A 19-year-old girl, whose full name is Débora Freitas Bessa, disappeared on January 9, 2018. 2 days later, her family learned that the girl had been kidnapped during a robbery in the city of Rio Branco in the Brazilian state of Acre. A short time later, a video of her execution began circulating on social networks.

The footage shows Debora on her knees begging for her life, saying she did nothing wrong. But one of the men, the one holding the machete, tells the girl to look at the camera and tells her that she was guilty of killing his brothers. Further footage shows them cutting off her head and stabbing her in the stomach.

According to her sister Sarah Bessa, Débora was a member of a drug cartel but decided to leave them because she wanted a better life for her 5-year-old daughter. Some sources state that Debora was supposed to be hiding from the gang in church.

The police launched an intensive investigation because the case received quite a bit of media attention. They managed to catch one of the men in the video – the one with the machete. And then one woman, Luciele Souza do Nascimento, who was also supposed to participate in the execution. Both were sentenced by the court to 60 years in prison. After the appeal, however, he managed to reduce the sentence “only” to 36 and a half years. According to some sources, the two were supposed to be members of the well-known Brazilian cartel Comando Vermelho (CV).

PAKISTAN — A mob of people killed a suspected thief and seriously injured another in Karachi's Azizabad neighborhood Saturday. The two suspected thieves were trying to escape on a motorcycle after robbing a cell phone store at gunpoint in Karimabad — but the mob started chasing them. The suspects then abandoned their bike and tried fleeing on another motorcycle they stole from a mechanic shop nearby when the mob caught onto them. The angry group beat up the robbers and tortured them, before someone in the crowd opened fire and killed one of the thieves. Police arrived at the scene and took both suspects to an area hospital. Police are searching for the man who shot the thief dead.

The Ecuadorian Police found three heads with bullet holes in a province bordering Colombia

Ecuadorian police found three heads, one of them that of a teenager, wrapped in black bags in the coastal province of Esmeraldas , bordering Colombia and declared an emergency due to the increase in crime , local authorities reported.

On the night of this last Wednesday, the 22nd of this month, three human heads were found in the 50 Casas sector, in Esmeraldas.

According to police reports, a teenager would be among the three unfortunates. They were decapitated using an electric saw due to the type of cut, the authorities indicated. Their heads were abandoned in covers in the 50 Casas sector, south of the city.

The residents of the place are alarmed by the discovery. They, who prefer not to give their names, said that it is not the first time that human parts have been abandoned at this site.

The commander of Zone 1 Esmeraldas, General Fausto Buenaño, reported that around 10:30 p.m., the Police learned that, at the entrance to the neighborhood, three black bags were found. Inside these were three human heads. And they had bullet holes.
