Video location was either in Thailand or the Philippines, somewhere in Asia.

I think the person filming was one of the many grandchildren who were present as the moment he shot her, maybe her daughter.

I saw this video a few years ago in a discord server, and wanted to know if anyone had it. it was this video of 3 guys but in the video you could mainly see a arm and 2 other hands holding onto each side of the main arm and they were cheering them on as the guy whose hand they were holding took his other hand and cut down from his wrist to almost his elbow. His arm kinda fell open very white and the other guys tried holding it closed then the video ended.
