The claimed title of video is "perfection" or "beauty" is it a real video or just a story and the actual event never happened?

A man is arguing with his neighbors (husband & wife) and eventually he goes back in to his home and comes back with rifles and shoots the wife in the middle of the road and then the husband off camera. They don't die immediately I think and you can still hear them argue with him after getting shot.

The camera seems is aimed towards the shooters house.
