You see this brown guy (maybe hispanic?) wearing what looks like a hawaiian button up shirt, shorts, and i think a durag. Iirc some black guy either comes over and confronts him or walks in, but either way, they start arguing. I think the hispanic(?) guy tries swinging and almost immediately gets shot ~4 times in the chest. Black guy runs out and he is left for dead. If u know this vid, please link

Video of rebels (I think the backstory was that it was some communist guerrilla group in the Philippines?) arriving at a military base in an open cargo truck and start running to it. A couple of rebels (including the one recording) get shot in the back of the truck and start bleeding out.
