Saw a while back and haven’t been able to find it since, it’s a video in what I can only assume to be some sorta factory with a giant incinerator on the right of the screen. Some guy walks a bit too close to it and ends up completely on fire while a few of his coworkers try to put him out, I remember him rolling on the floor a few times too. I think it was a mother and daughter who were in a scooter accident in some Asian country. The woman is touching her face but can find it because it was ripped off. Do she's just sitting there in utter confusion. She's not screaming, it's not the South African one.

Basically she was in a house and the cops were called for whatever reason, she chased after a cop with a knife once they confronted her. When she is shot, she does a forwards roll and then dies on the scene.
