Something about the extremely graphic nature of the content combined with all the tropes of British TV just tickles me pink. Like imagine if Top Gear did an episode examining the corpses of car crash victims.

Not to mention Gunther himself is insane, and gives me Dr. Frankenstein vibes as he casually pulls off some ridiculous shit in front of a morbidly facinated yet obviously disturbed audience. All that understanding of human anatomy and yet they can't fix their own damn teeth. (Obligatory British joke)
