Context:
A man was murdered this Friday afternoon (3) in front of a supermarket in Blumenau. The crime occurred on Rua Antônio da Veiga, around 6:20 pm. A SAMU team was called, but upon arriving at the scene, they found a lifeless victim.
According to the Military Police, the victim, aged 19, was a homeless person who sold sweets in the region.
According to witnesses who witnessed the events, the victim sold sweets and offered some to the perpetrator, who was accompanied by a child. When he refused the offer, the hiker kicked the child's toy car, triggering an argument.
In the heat of the argument, the homeless man allegedly took out a knife and attacked the author. He was disarmed by the author, who reacted by killing the victim with at least 5 stab wounds.
The man who committed the crime was injured and arrived at the scene until the police arrived, surrendering peacefully. He received medical attention and was later arrested red-handed.
