Criminal injures himself with knife used by him during robbery attempt in Vitória

Case was registered in the early hours of this Sunday (20), in the Center.

A 27-year-old man was taken to the hospital early this Sunday (20), after injuring himself with a knife that he would have used while trying to rob three people in the center of Vitória.

Footage from security cameras captured the moment he approached a man and two women at a bus stop on Avenida Jerônimo Monteiro.

As he approached the trio, he tried to take the boy's cell phone, which reacted and fought with him. The two fell to the ground.

Soon after, the criminal and the victims ran away, but a few meters ahead he began to walk with difficulty because during the fight he was injured with the knife used by him.

The man still ran for about 150 meters and fell on the street behind Jerônimo Monteiro.

"When he attacked the boy, he went up to stab him but he had the knife in his hand. He fell on top of the knife and bled on the spot. He was losing blood and all the way there is his blood", said a resident of region that he preferred not to identify.

The man had two injuries in the belly area and was rescued and sent to the State Hospital of Emergency and Emergency (HEUE).

The body of this woman was burnt by three men and found still burning on Wednesday 28th February 2024, in Morada da Colina neighborhood, Resende. The victim's name has not been identified yet.

From the Military Police, according to them, her body was found by a normal citizen who was heading to her home, located on Estrada da Limeira.

This case was registered at the 89th Police Station.
