If you want to make some content for the sidebar for everyone to see, this is the place to submit it. What we're looking for is preferably original content, not just memes from elsewhere online. Come up with fun content showcasing WPD: perhaps an interesting way to present the text "WatchPeopleDie.co", or a quick drawing of Marsey the Cat being too curious around a lathe, or maybe Marsey as an off-duty cop in Brazil. You get the idea: lighthearted but respectful, and no graphic real-life gore please (though drawings of gore are possibly okay).

Your WPD staff will be keeping an eye on this thread going forward, so feel free to submit whenever. Plus, if you get added to the sidebar, you get a badge on your profile and our gratitude.

Happened in New York, USA. A few days ago during a routine traffic stop by the NYPD a car took off on NYPD officers and ran over a woman who had a baby in a stroller. It is not yet known what exactly happened and who was injured. This happened on Wyckoff and George st. Unsure if this was already posted here, but it’s pretty recent.

An Alabama teen has been charged in connection with the death of a local father of five who was killed while streaming a Facebook Live video. Bakari Ano Taylor, 19, was arrested Friday and charged with capital murder for the January killing of Roosevelt Rankins Jr., 34, the Montgomery Real-Time News reports.

During his last hour alive, Rankins recorded a Facebook Live video from the inside of his car under his Facebook name “Crum King.” About halfway into the 45-minute clip, a shadow appears to Rankins’ right. He flinches before there is audible gunfire. Rankins tries to flee and his phone drops to the floor of the car before the vehicle crashes. First responders found Rankins dead inside his crashed car in Montgomery shortly after. The passenger was uninjured.

I think the most memorable for me was the checlear video, god, its really kinda sad when you get down to it, cause we'll never know who the fuck the dude was in the video, and like most of it is lost forever
