I'm not sure on the details because it has just happened but it looks like there was at least 5 perpetrators, and an explosion occurred. One of the perpetrators is deceased, others have fled via vehicle and Moscow is closed off. Reports that around 133 victims are deceased. 10 of which were found hidden in the bathroom (suspected death by smoke inhalation).
