Baku, Azerbaijan â On 7th Jan 2022, a 51-year-old female worker had an unfortunate day where she got pulled into a kneading machine and died instantly.
While she was wiping the lower part of the machine, her colleague unintentionally turned on the machine. Her head got pulled and she spun a few times before it eventually stuck.

I remember this because I lived in Milwaukee at the time. 1999, a super crane named Big Blue was being used at Miller Park. Renovating the roof to make it open and close. As seen in the video, during operations it experienced structural failure and collapsed, killing 3 workers. They would go on to complete the renovation, which still came with failures if I remember correctly. Brewer attendance was never that high from what I experienced, but this definitely helped made it more of a tailgate party venue than baseball.

On January 31, 2020, the roof and a large portion of the walls of the St. Petersburg Sport and Concert Complex, collapsed during the process of dismantling, resulting in the death of one worker.
In the video, which was captured by a drone, you can see that the worker who died had left the safety of a suspended cage, and was unharnessed.
Allegedly, the workers had previously complained that they were unable to reach the roof supports whilst inside the cage, because of the steep angle needed for the crane to clear the roof. It was claimed they had to choose to either work in unsafe conditions, or not work at all.
