On May 2, 2024, at 10:58 a.m., Olympic Division uniformed officers responded to a radio call at an apartment in the 400 block of South Gramercy Place to assist the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH) who were attempting to place an individual, later identified as 40-year-old Yong Yang into custody.
The officers met with DMH personnel outside the residence who indicated that the DMH were called to the scene due to Yang's erratic and threatening behavior. The officers were also advised that Yang did not live at the location, and had attempted to assault one of the DMH employees when they attempted to speak with him. Based on their assessment, DMH determined Yang was a danger to others.
In their efforts to assist DMH personnel, the officers requested additional units, a supervisor, and notified the Department's Mental Evaluation Unit. Several attempts were made to communicate with Yang and encourage him to exit the residence; however, he refused. After formulating a plan and obtaining a key to the residence, the officers ascended a narrow staircase leading to the front door. The officers announced their presence and then utilized the key to open the front door. As they did so, Yang was observed standing in the living room several feet away, armed with a large kitchen knife. Moments later, Yang advanced toward the officers and an Officer Involved Shooting occurred.
Yang was struck by gunfire, dropped the knife, and was taken into custody without further incident.
Los Angeles Fire Department personnel responded to the scene and pronounced Yang deceased.
No officers or other community members were injured during this incident.
An eleven-inch kitchen knife with a six-inch blade was recovered at scene.

I was trying to eat an avocado and while attempting to remove the pit, the knife I was using slipped and went through the avocado, and through a part of my hand.
The doctors had a hard time believing me and one of them thought I was pretty stupid (I agree but still), and they had a harder time believing it didn't hurt much.
Unwrapped from the first aid I did.
After soaking for a few minutes in water and iodine. Stung like shit when I first put it in then stopped hurting all together after a few minutes.
I had to go to the bathroom after sitting there with my hand in the iodine bath for over an hour and instead of one of the nurses wrapping it up so I could go, one of them just took my hand out and tossed a rag to me and then said nothing, so I just had to sit there bleeding everywhere.
A different nurse wrapped it for me after 15-30 minutes so I could go, then I waited another 30 minutes to get it stitched. I look like a burn victim with the way they wrapped it.
They cleaned it again with iodine and saline before finally stitching it.

I just wanted to eat a fucking avocado, this shit hurts like hell now. I was in the hospital for almost four hours. I have to keep the wrapping on for two days and I have to leave the stitches in for two weeks. Luckily the nurses doing the stitches said I can have anyone I know who is a certified nurse take them out for me at home, and I know at least four people who are, including my mom and roommate, so after the two weeks are over I can get the stitches out without having to go back to the hospital.

I just thought to make this post to attempt to effortpost and corroborate and update with information as time goes on.
As of how recent this event was, and how unclear reporting on it has been due to, lack of official bodies declaring death, and insufficiency of information during gathering process, I shall declare this effortpost as hearsay, wholly speculation and ultimately open to inconsistency and possible false information.
This post is focused on the content floating round on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and X(Formerly Twitter) regarding the 17 year old teenager, namely Rylo Huncho, as the internet has known him by, birth name may be different but to this day, it either may be that, or we have not discovered it yet.
Forename mentioned on Facebook has been noted as Raleigh and Railey.
As of, 16th May 2024(BST) 4:05am, which as of the suspected timezone of the victim (Suffolk, Virginia) which would be EDT, difference of 5 hours betweeen EDT and BST, places the incident at approximately prior to midnight of 15th May 2024 locally to Suffolk, Virginia. (Assuming the following image bears relevance to the incident)
Which merely places this current event as time and date of injury.
As far as it appears, this is all that correlates to time and date of injury.
Furthermore and unfortunately, Rylo did not survive this incident, and via word of mouth by the respective author on Facebook, Rylo was declared dead the following day, speculatively 4pm(BST)/11am(EDT) 16th May 2024.

As posted as a comment on a thread regarding the same incident, there was liberty taken to slow the video down by 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8 of the speed. Adjusting the playback speed of the original to x1.50 on the 1/2 Playback video, which is 3/4 the speed of the original appears to demonstrate the event in real-time or close enough.

My speculation of the video, is that its a true event that was due to gross-mishandling of the firearm and not due to suicide.

A murder occurred on the Qianhe Plaza section of Qianshan Road, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai, Guangdong on Saturday (11th) afternoon. A taxi driver was stabbed with a knife by a male passenger and lay bleeding on the ground. After the incident, the injured person was sent to the hospital for treatment. The stabber was arrested near the scene. The case is under further investigation.
The incident occurred near the overpass at the intersection of Qianshan Road and Yuehai West Road. Video posted online showed that at about 2:45 p.m., the driver's door of a taxi that was parked in front of the traffic light at the intersection suddenly opened. A man wearing a green shirt climbed out, the chest has been dyed red. Then, another man wearing a black shirt got out of the passenger seat and fled quickly.
Citizens at the scene quickly called the police, and multiple uniformed police officers rushed to the scene and successfully captured the suspect on the road opposite Qianshan Market, about 700 meters away from the scene.
In the evening, the Zhuhai police issued a police information report saying that after receiving the alarm, the police quickly arrived at the scene to deal with the incident, cooperated with the ambulance personnel to send the injured to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible, and captured the stabber Hu Mou near the scene. Currently, the case is under investigation.
