A murder occurred on the Qianhe Plaza section of Qianshan Road, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai, Guangdong on Saturday (11th) afternoon. A taxi driver was stabbed with a knife by a male passenger and lay bleeding on the ground. After the incident, the injured person was sent to the hospital for treatment. The stabber was arrested near the scene. The case is under further investigation.

The incident occurred near the overpass at the intersection of Qianshan Road and Yuehai West Road. Video posted online showed that at about 2:45 p.m., the driver's door of a taxi that was parked in front of the traffic light at the intersection suddenly opened. A man wearing a green shirt climbed out, the chest has been dyed red. Then, another man wearing a black shirt got out of the passenger seat and fled quickly.

Citizens at the scene quickly called the police, and multiple uniformed police officers rushed to the scene and successfully captured the suspect on the road opposite Qianshan Market, about 700 meters away from the scene.

In the evening, the Zhuhai police issued a police information report saying that after receiving the alarm, the police quickly arrived at the scene to deal with the incident, cooperated with the ambulance personnel to send the injured to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible, and captured the stabber Hu Mou near the scene. Currently, the case is under investigation.

Genitalia are a key element for male self-esteem, contributing towards mental and physical balance and influencing their social life [2]. The Authors confirm that the most frequent cause of penile skin loss is trauma. Tumors, infection and iatrogenic causes are also reported in the literature. In a previous paper of this journal we presented a case of iatrogenic skin shaft sub-amputation of a 27-years old HIV positive man, after a catastrophic circumcision procedure, repaired with a scrotal dartos-fascio-myo-cutaneous flap [3]. Skin graft represents the most popular and simplest reconstructive procedure and H. Aineskog et al. presented a very suitable case. Nevertheless, we reckon that skin graft provides poor tissue elasticity with less resistance to sexual intercourse and higher risk of retraction than free o local flaps [4]. Scrotal dartos – fascia – myo-cutaneous flaps were harvested on both the lateral parts of the scrotum (Fig. 1) and the donor site was easily closed for primary intention using cutaneous non absorbable interrupted sutures. Anterior scrotal vessels and nerves supply the flaps.

Scrotal dartos-fascio-mio-cutaneous flap for shaft coverage offers a large amount of tissue with low donor site morbidity, avoiding unsightly scars in more visible parts of the body. The skin of the scrotum is the most similar to the skin of the shaft both for color, thickness, elasticity and consistency. Due to its pliability and extensibility during erection it provides satisfactory functional and cosmetic results. On the other hand the high density of hair of the scrotum represents a serious disadvantage and may require laser treatment removal. In conclusion we believe that the method we proposed works successfully representing a single stage procedure easy and safe to perform for like-for-like shaft reconstruction. This work is in line with the SCARE criteria [5].

Usman Buda, a butcher in Sokoto State, was killed at an abattoir for allegedly making blasphemous comments against the Holy Prophet. Despite attempts to save him, people beat him to death. Usman, who sold cow entrails at Kasuwan Dankure market, was well-known and envied by some. Neighbors and colleagues expressed disbelief at the accusation. The Sokoto Police confirmed the incident and stated that police arrived too late to save him. Usman was taken to a hospital but was pronounced dead.

The man was unhappy with his four-month marriage arranged by his brother so, he took his wife to brother's house, fired at neighbors, then shot his wife and himself outside the house. A video shows the wife suffering on the road as bystanders filmed instead of helping.
