On Mother's Day, Cartagena witnessed an unfortunate event that ended with the death of an individual after a strong fight. This is Fabián Cárdenas, also known as 'Paraca Plan 400'.

The man had more than ten thousand followers on the social network Facebook and was a content creator in the capital of Bolívar. The incident occurred in the Carmelo neighborhood, where the victim ended up with a knife inside his chest. Neighbors and people who were at the scene came to help him, but the wound turned out to be fatal and he collapsed almost immediately.

Those present say that the fight lasted for several minutes, while passers-by watched in amazement. In the midst of the attacks, in which the subjects apparently used sharp weapons, 'Paraca Plan 400' was found with a knife buried in his chest.

The Police were alerted to what happened, but could not prevent the fateful event; however, they managed to capture the alleged murderer. It is rumored that the confrontation occurred due to some 'unfinished business' between those involved, since 'Paraca plan 400' had belonged to a gang and spent time in jail.

“Today we gather to say goodbye to a great man, a loving father and a faithful friend. It is difficult to find the right words to express the sadness we are all feeling right now, but we must remember that we are here to honor and celebrate the life of our loved one. May God grant you his forgiveness and keep you in his holy kingdom,” the content creator's family wrote from their main account.

Fabián Cárdenas is remembered by his followers as a humorous influencer, although he was also dedicated to uploading videos about his daily life. Likewise, he always stressed to young people to avoid falling into bad steps that end up turning into drug addiction or crime.

The content creator confessed that he was in a prison for committing crimes. He also commented that he was a good student in his youth, but ended up 'damaged' by bad steps. For this reason he always stressed to young people that they know how to choose their paths, so that they do not experience what he experienced.

“I thank the mothers who raised us all human beings. Mother, there is only one (...) many blessings, these are the words that the number one artist of the 400 plan tells you”, were the words he said in his last video as a content creator.

On the other hand, according to police reports, Mother's Day featured several acts of violence that ended with the death of 3 people. In fact, according to statistics, it is one of the dates that generates the most homicides in Colombia.

A murder occurred on the Qianhe Plaza section of Qianshan Road, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai, Guangdong on Saturday (11th) afternoon. A taxi driver was stabbed with a knife by a male passenger and lay bleeding on the ground. After the incident, the injured person was sent to the hospital for treatment. The stabber was arrested near the scene. The case is under further investigation.

The incident occurred near the overpass at the intersection of Qianshan Road and Yuehai West Road. Video posted online showed that at about 2:45 p.m., the driver's door of a taxi that was parked in front of the traffic light at the intersection suddenly opened. A man wearing a green shirt climbed out, the chest has been dyed red. Then, another man wearing a black shirt got out of the passenger seat and fled quickly.

Citizens at the scene quickly called the police, and multiple uniformed police officers rushed to the scene and successfully captured the suspect on the road opposite Qianshan Market, about 700 meters away from the scene.

In the evening, the Zhuhai police issued a police information report saying that after receiving the alarm, the police quickly arrived at the scene to deal with the incident, cooperated with the ambulance personnel to send the injured to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible, and captured the stabber Hu Mou near the scene. Currently, the case is under investigation.

Chilling surveillance videos captured the events that led to a deadly confrontation between a Manhattan bodega clerk and his assailant earlier this month.

The first clip, released by the NYPD on July 5, showed ex-con Austin Simon, 35, shoving store clerk Jose Alba, 61, against the wall after the younger man walked behind the register of the Blue Moon convenience store in Hamilton Heights on July 1.

Police say Simon attacked Alba after the 35-year-old man’s girlfriend got into an argument with the clerk because she couldn’t pay for a bag of chips.

The footage showed Alba attempting to walk away from Simon after being shoved, then plunging a knife into his neck and torso repeatedly as the two wrestled with each other.

Alba has insisted he stabbed Simon out of self-defense, but he was still charged with murder, angering supporters including Mayor Adams.

On Saturday, new video was released that showed Alba attempting to avoid a confrontation with Simon moments before the stabbing.

“Papa, I don’t want a problem, papa,” Alba is heard telling Simon as he walks behind the counter.

As Simon approaches Alba, he’s heard demanding: “What’s up with you? N—-r, what is wrong with you?”

The fatal stabbing happens moments later.

On Sunday, The Post obtained more footage from a different angle that showed the moment Alba was apparently slashed by Simon’s girlfriend as he stabbed her beau.

The footage appeared to show Simon’s gal pal pulling a knife from her purse, attempting to grab Alba’s arm and then stabbing him.

The footage showed Simon lying at the back of the register in a pool of blood while Alba is seen in the background still holding the bloody knife.

At one point, the girlfriend is seen crying and apparently trying to revive Simon.

Alba broke his silence over the incident on Monday and told The Post he is deeply sorry and regretful over his actions.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has finally dropped the controversial murder charge against bodega worker Jose Alba — with his office conceding Tuesday there wasn’t enough evidence to prosecute the case that sparked widespread outrage.

The DA’s Office filed a motion in Manhattan Criminal Court to dismiss the case against 61-year-old Alba, who fatally stabbed an ex-con who attacked him behind the counter of a Hamilton Heights store on July 1.

The slay charges brought by Bragg’s office prompted an uproar, with Alba and his many backers — who ranged from Mayor Eric Adams to former NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton — arguing his actions were clearly self-defense.

Following an investigation, prosecutors concluded they couldn’t prove that Alba “was not justified in his use of deadly physical force,” the motion said. Surveillance footage of the attack showed Alba being attacked by Austin Simon, 35, and even telling the assailant, “Papa, I don’t want a problem.’’

The decision to dismiss the second-degree murder rap came after The Post began highlighting Alba’s plight, which saw the hardworking employee initially held at Rikers Island on a $250,000 bond, before the amount was lowered.

“If it weren’t for the New York Post, Mr. Alba would still be in jail,” said Frank Garcia, chairman of the National Association of Latino State Chambers of Commerce.

“I feel better because I don’t have it anymore,” Alba said of the monitor as he spoke briefly to reporters at his home.

Asked how he was feeling after the charges were dropped, Alba responded, “So-so.”

On the morning of May 14, information from the leader of the People's Committee of Yen Thanh district (Nghe An) said that last night in Vien Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, a murder occurred , the younger brother stabbed his older brother to death .

Before that, around 7:30 p.m. on May 13, Bui Van Thuan (born 1964), residing in hamlet 3, Vien Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, had a conflict with his brother, Mr. Bui Van H. (born 1950), and residing in Vien Thanh commune.

During the argument, Bui Van Thuan suddenly took a knife and stabbed Mr. H. He fell down the house and died.

The trial of the three accused of stabbing Gedson Carneiro da Silva to death at the door of a condominium in the center of Palmas began this Wednesday morning (11). The crime took place on April 8, 2020. At the time, the victim was 32 years old and was stabbed five times. The homicide was caught on security cameras in a building located at Arse 12, formerly 106 Sul.

The Jury Court is held at the Palmas forum. The defendants are: Gessé Alves de Sena, Alex Cordeiro de Castro and Carlos Rodrigues da Silva Santana.

At the time of the events, the Civil Police said that Gedson was part of a criminal faction and had been released from prison the day before. The crime was motivated by a settlement of scores.

The security camera video shows that the victim arrived at the door of the condominium at around 7pm on the 8th, while being chased by a man with a knife in his hand. Soon behind, another criminal also armed with a knife arrives.

The video shows the victim knocking on the condominium door and trying to defend himself with kicks. He fails and is soon surrounded and stabbed several times.

A third suspect appears moments later, when the victim was already being injured, but only watches from afar and flees the scene along with the other two men.

The accused were arrested the following day by police officers from Rondas Ostensivas Táticas Metropolitana (Rotam). Two of them were found in blocks 504 South and 604 South. After questioning, they took the police to the place where they had hidden the knife used in the crime. The weapon was located next to a power pole behind a gas station, on block 404 South.

The third was arrested in the square on block 204 South. The police had gone to the scene to return a dog that was with the first accused and ended up identifying the third person involved.

On the 11th of July, 2021, man stabbed his friend in the heart and posted videos of his dead body on Snapchat.

The victim, Kyle Whalley (19), died on his kitchen floor in Rhosymedre, Wrexham (Wales).

The dumb-cunt, Mark Jones (20), of Chester Road, Wrexham, denied murder in court, but was found guilty. It's almost as if filming yourself killing someone isn't great for your defence. Go figures.

The Snapchat footage showed Jones drinking cider and bourbon at Mr Walley's flat and making stabbing motions towards him whilst his back was turned.

He also posted videos from the flat saying he was "thinking of stabbing someone up right now".

Jones also sent text messages to Mr Walley the day before his death, which included an image of himself with a cartoon knife and the message "I'm going to stab you up tomorrow".

Mold Crown Court heard during the trial how Jones had an "obsession" with knives.

The court was also shown videos, which were posted online, of Mr Walley lying dead while the defendant kicked him. I'm sure his corpse posthumously felt every kick inflicted.

In another, where Jones showed his bloodstained hands to the camera, he said he had "stabbed up" Mr Walley and was "going to do time". Psychic.

Concerned friends who saw the videos called police.

Prosecutor John Philpotts said a friend of Kyle Walley, Attia Jones, was on the phone with him just before he was attacked, and heard him shouting "put the knife down".

She then heard screaming, and Mr Jones shouting that he was sorry, and "it's my ADHD".

Mr Walley had expected to watch the Euro 2020 final between England and Italy with Jones, whom he considered to be his friend.

Jones arrived at Mr Walley's flat at lunchtime but shortly before 17:00 BST, before the game had even started, Mr Walley had been stabbed to death.

Giving evidence during the trial, Jones said he had acted in self defence because Kyle Walley had come at him with the knife.

He claimed he had grabbed the knife and struck his friend to "get him away from me" (which, to be fair, was clearly pretty effective). However, him kicking his corpse around isn't very subtle in terms of his true intentions.

Mr Justice Stephen Eyre told Jones the sentence would be one of life imprisonment.

After the initial investigation, the suspect Ma Mou (male, Han, 37) that evening after dinner, met on the side of the road an acquaintance Li Mou, the two had a verbal argument over trifles, Ma Mou then took a sharp accessory from the motorcycle and stabbed Li Mou in the left thigh, piercing an artery, causing Li Mou to lose blood and die.

At present, Ma has been taken according to law criminal coercive measures, the case is being further investigated.
