An incident occured in the Philippines where an old man with his left foot severed tries to stand up. Highly possible it happened due to an accident.
The man filming and other bystanders urgently tell him to not move, not stand up and just sit down, but he continues to disobey. "Boss, don't stand up. Your foot is broken!" Camera man says.
Later, a man can be heard asking the camera man about what happened. He says something suddenly hit something while the old man was eating. The details are too unclear. If anyone can provide more information, please do

basically this guy got sucked through an opening that somebody accidentally opened in an underwater submarine in 0.12 seconds and died via what i call "shreddification"
